This is one that I theory crafted 6 months ago. Last night I decided to take the pile of cards and make it playable. Honestly, I haven't even really looked at the list yet, but I think it'll need a fair bit of tinkering before it's just right. The goal is to obviously slow down and shut off opponents who are heavily ramping.

If I have a line in my hand, it might also be adventagous for me to blow up a good portion of lands (depending on mana rocks I have available) and put EVERYBODY in a tough spot. I wanted to try and balance the Ramp-Hate with Group Slug mechanics in hopes to find a happy medium where I'm able to make a creature big with equipment and win through combat damage.

There are a few different lines for wincons in this deck, one being Hellkite Tyrant (having more than 20 artifacts) and most the others being through damage, combat or non-combat.

Looking for suggestions, though I do feel I'll need to play this one a bit before deciding what stays and what goes!
