This deck takes my Choose Your Own Adventure! deck and emphasizes the torture! instead of a decision between bad and worse, it becomes a choice between terrible and horrible. The commander, Abaddon the Despoiler, makes each choice to pay life that much worse, because it gives the other spells I cast cascade. Mogis, God of Slaughter is still able to squeeze out those last little drops of life. Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh and Cruel Ultimatum can also finish someone off. Zur's Weirding is such a wonderful card once I have a better board state to stall my opponent's out.
