White border Lu Bu

I challenged myself to put together an entire commander deck using nothing but white-bordered cards. Mono-colors seemed more ideal because of the lack of dual land options in white-border, and the Secret Lair version of Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded sealed the deal on mono-red. Lu Bu, Master-at-Arms was the best available mono-red white-bordered commander, and speedy little Goblins make this deck quite a handful early game to deal with. Add in some shenanigan cards like Illicit Auction and Thieves' Auction, and we have a recipe for some fun hijinks.
