Using the idea of only using cards that cost $5.00 or less while also keeping the price tag under $100.00. Here is a proto-type deck list using Melek. Using almost all instant and Sorcery spells that Melek can cast. Plus add in cloning-abilities to get creatures/permenants from your opponents. Storm and doubling enchantments/creature help out because of the possibilities they open up.

Enter the Infinite + Spiraling Embers on the remaining player = you win, or if you know you are not going to make it another turn do it just to go out with a bang.

I will note that i am not very great at making U/W decks much less ones with very little creatures. So any cheap suggestions will be help.
