This is in truth my third attempt at a commander deck.

-It utilizes Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons in order to generate snakes using -1/-1 counters. she also can put out a considerable amount of commander damage which is also nice.- Deathtouch, Proliferate, Token Generation, and Counters are heavily emphasized in this deck. note that often times you will be hitting your own creatures with the counters, but hey you it's a small price to pay.

Creakwood Liege, Kaysa , Seshiro the Anointed , Paragon of Eternal Wilds , Paragon of Open Graves , and Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro are all used to keep my relatively weak snakes/creatures strong

Hero's Blade, Swiftfoot Boots, Chitinous Cloak , Cartouche of Ambition, Cartouche of Strength , and Ancestral Vengeance work well when equipped to Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons allowing for her to easily deal combat damage to players. Haunted Plate Mail is also nice, but it is kind of expensive to play and equip so it may be removed later.

Contagion Engine, Contagion Clasp, Quarry Hauler , Grim Affliction, and Spread the Sickness are nice because this deck drops a lot of counters. ( Quarry Hauler does not proliferate but it's close).

Channeler Initiate, Elvish Mystic, Oashra Cultivator , Orochi Sustainer , Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro , Sol Ring, Sphere of the Suns, and Temple of the False God are all helpful with ramp.

Beast Within, Dissenter's Deliverance , Doom Blade, Spread the Sickness, and Trial of Ambition are nice for removal if death touch and counters cant do the job. Mutilate is also good, but it also hits you so you have to time it correctly.

Sosuke's Summons, Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Orochi Hatchery , and Nest of Scarabs are good for tokens which can combo nicely with Orc Sureshot

Painful Lesson, Sign in Blood, Read the Bones, Implement of Malice , Implement of Ferocity, and Culling Dais Provide a bit of card draw which is helpful. Culling Dais can feel useless sometimes, but with the amount of tokens being generated its not to hard to charge up and can come in handy if you need more card draw.

Liliana, Death Wielder is a great planes walker for this deck. Her +2 drops a -1/-1 counter, -3 destroys a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it and her -10 can bring back all your dead creatures. Additionally she combos with Diabolic Tutor and Liliana's Influence quite nicely.

Lastly Tree of Perdition was recommended to me by a friend and after thinking about it i ordered it. my plan is to use it to soak up some of the -1/-1 counters that have to be placed on my own creatures making its ability much more deadly.
