This is just my group's ban list for commander, and this was the easiest way to keep track of it... This is in addition to the actual EDH ban list (some overlap)

Banned Generals are the Maybeboard

Other bans/limitations:

No more than 3 non-land tutors

No All Land Destruction (Armageddon, etc)

No Extra Turn Cards

Praetor's board hurt is ignored (IE Jin's min hand size)

Annihilator is ignored

Sorin Markov's -2 has an opponent lose 10 life or set their life total to 10, opponent gets to chose.
