Greetings viewer of this Budget brew of mine! This is my take on a $100 storm list using Birgi.

The way for the deck to win is mildly simple. The main wincon is uisng the Grinning Ignus + Birgi to get infinite storm count. The payoff for them is using either Altar of the Brood or Aetherflux Reservoir as a finisher if you don't have Grapeshot in hand.

The alternate wincon i have in the deck is using Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame for infinite hasty boys for damage. If you get Aria of Flame on the field early enough, it can do some decent damage itself by the amount of instants and sorceries you cast, same with Sentinel Tower .

A third possible wincon is having Runaway Steam-Kin on the battlefield and getting off going infinite using the Grinning Ignus Birgi combo to get infinite red mana and you can sink that into a massive Comet Storm

The deck has built in stax in the forme of a few pieces such as Defense Grid , Manabarbs , and Blood Moon so there is some defensive measures built in at least.
