Confronted with a meta full of creature based decks. Needed a black commander to fulfill my needs and Seizan, Perverter of Truth 's art just hooked me, while keeping my hand stacked. What's there not to admire?

Kind of a jankish enchantment control build. The goal is to keep the board relatively clear while working towards my win conditions in:

Endless Whispers + Phage the Untouchable + sac outlets, a large Torment of Hailfire / Exsanguinate / Sands of Delirium / Gray Merchant of Asphodel or a Neverending Torment with a stacked hand.
