This is my favourite tempo-control commander deck for the format leviathan!

It can win the game by using normal commander damage(21)protecting her with counters, or some combos that I will explain under here:

Vendilion clique + polymorph/proteus staff/reweave/Synthetic destiny: turn vendilion into an emrakul

Vendilion clique + tunnel vision: famous combo that put in graveyard all opponent's graveyard, simply by playing vendilion, reveal opponent's hand, name a card, then play tunnel vision nominating the card you have choose with vendilion

Plus i have put in the deck some utilities like wasteland, jace the mind sculptor, or bribery to steal creatures.
