I'll be honest... I made this deck entirely for the name. I have no intention of actually building it, since it is so one-note. That being said, there is some good stuff going on here.

Essentially, there is a whole toolbox of creatures that have useful abilities to get multiple uses out of. This extra use-getting is primarily accomplished via Kiki himself, but could also be via Mimic Vat, Strionic Resonator, Nim Deathmantle, or any one of the cards in this deck that help get extra uses out of effects, namely ETB, LTB, Death Triggers, and Attack Triggers (No Zealous Conscripts though-- I want to re-frame Kiki as a general who has non-broken, non-infinite, just-fun purposes).

Speaking of getting multiple uses, there are also some effects-- Illusionist's Bracers, Rings of Brighthearth, and several "Untap target creature" effects-- whose purpose is getting more uses from Kiki himself. And they're lots of fun.
