Thanks very much! I really appreciate the advice. I quite like the changes and will probably go through with them however, there are a few things that I may ask about.
Sedge Scorpion may very well be the answer to my early game issues (tbh, I actually forgot about the existence of Sedge Scorpion) but as for Penumbra Spider, who should I swap out? Most likely either Sporecap Spider or Kessig Recluse?
For Vessel of Nascency, I can see how it pair up well with Ishkanah and I'll most likely swap out Duress or something with to put them in. As for Nyx Weaver...not too keen on that one. While I like how it speeds up Ishkanah's delirious and all, I feel I might end up cucking myself in the long run especially if I don't have a lot of Ishkanahs to play with.

If you're worried about your early game, try adding an Assault Formation or two, as well as more 2 mana spiders . A 3 mana Sporecap Spider can become a 5/5, and the Juvenile Gloomwidow is particularly devastating with it's wither effect. Also mentioned in previous comments; while Swarmyards may be pricey, they're a game changer for this type of deck. Pretty solid overall though, I like your choices of removal.

I think you would benefit from trying to lower your mana curve so you're not so stacked at the 3 mana slot; maybe replace the Putrefy and To the Slaughter with cheaper removal like Doom Blade, Go for the Throat or Smother, depending on what creatures you expect to face, and swap Sporecap Spider out for Canopy Spider.

You should add more cards to keep your general on the field, cause the current strategy just falls apart when Doran leaves the field. Also theres a couple of equipments/spells that are amazing with the shaman... For example:
Also a couple of creatures you could think about:

I've always wanted to try making a deck like this. Let's see if I can help. I'd start by recognizing that regular spiders aren't actually that powerful, so unless they are cheap and efficient or provide high impact and synergy, they should probably be cut for others that do. Sporecap Spider and Hitchclaw Recluse, for example don't have as much presence as Deadly Recluse or Sentinel Spider even if you take Assault Formation (a neat inclusion by the way) into account. I think the cards that will work best towards winning the game are those that maximize spider number like Spider Spawning and Ishkanah, Grafwidow, so I'd increase the numbers of those cards. To get maximum synergy out of both cards, you want to build around getting cards in the graveyard. One great inclusion is Nyx Weaver since it fills the grave and adds a spider to the board. Other potential options are Satyr Wayfinder to find the right lands, Splinterfright and Grim Flayer as beaters, and Treasured Find to get back whatever you need. There's plenty of other options in Golgari if you want to go that route. Some other cards that could probably be removed are Tower Defense since it is too dependent on Assault Formation to be good and Ring of Kalonia since it wouldn't be that strong even if all your creatures were green. If you need an artifact to activate delirium, you could try artifacts that work with tribal like Adaptive Automaton and Obelisk of Urd. Also working towards delirium, you might want some fetchlands, even if they're just Evolving Wilds to get land in the graveyard. I'd probably cut Oran-Rief, the Vastwood for them since it really isn't contributing that much here. A final thing I might consider would be dropping the + combo. With so many tokens and defensive creatures, mediocre creature removal doesn't seem as necessary. Adding ways to deal with artifacts, enchantments, and other threats would probably be a good call. At the very least, cards like Bramblecrush for example should be sideboarded just in case. I just wanted to say, really good call on Descendants' Path. That's inspiring me to try my hand at a spider deck again, only in legacy instead so I can mess with Arachnogenesis.

I stupidly only just now realized Doran, the Siege Tower is legendary so I should probably take out one or two of him and put back in one or two Sporecap Spiders (Assuming I took them out in the first place)
My secondary question is how many Dorans should I take out if any? and if I do take some out, is Sporecap a good replacement to put in instead?
