A couple of recommendations from someone who has placed highly at FNMs with a RG Dinosaur deck. These suggestions depend on your budget, of course, so I'll include some budget options in this list:
Ghalta, Primal Hunger is great as a late-game creature, and if you can get it out earlier, it's even better. Can die to good removal, however, so maybe just a 1 or 2 of.
Savage Stomp is great removal that helps get enrage triggers from your creatures and kill off things you don't like.
Abrade is just good removal, you could take it or leave it if you really want to dedicate yourself to the dinosaur theme.
Drover of the Mighty is an amazing investment that can help you cast your dinosaurs early game and attack as a 3/3 late game. You already have 3, but I'd suggest even going up to 4.
Otepec Huntmaster is another way to get your dinosaurs out fast, and can give your big guys haste.
As for cuts, I'd recommend getting rid of Pounce, Knight of the Stampede, Grazing Whiptail, Orazca Frillback, Colossal Dreadmaw, Silverclad Ferocidons, Sun-Collared Raptor, Plummet, and Crash the Ramparts.

Since dinosaurs tend to be expensive, Kinjalli's Caller is a great card to add. It will help you get the city's blessing, which allows you Wayward Swordtooth to become active. If you have a lucky draw and get 2 of them in your opening hand, it's almost a good game. Drover of the Mighty will let you ramp up while helping you ascend, and you almost always control a dinosaur, making it a 3/3 instead of a 1/1. The biggest problem with your deck is DEFENSE AGAINST FLYING. I would add dinosaurs with reach to your sideboard, such as Grazing Whiptail and maybe a Plummet or 2. instead of Vizier of the True, would you consider Drover of the Mighty ? also ones to consider could be Ripjaw raptor (budget concerns can come with this, could consider Grazing Whiptail if so), Imperial Aerosaur (surprise flying can close out a game), Priest of the Wakening Sun (life gain and tutoring can be super useful, in my experience with that guy), Kinjalli's Sunwing , Commune with Dinosaurs, Verdant Sun's Avatar, Ranging Raptors....
so this is a lot of suggestions,
but if you put Ranging Raptors and Drover of the Mighty , that pairs with Kinjalli's Caller to capitalize on ramping out bigger bombs. also taking advantage of the "dinos matter" would be the inclusion of Kinjalli's Sunwing , Priest of the Wakening Sun, and Commune with Dinosaurs.
ill slap a list together and post it on here of what i think. i dig it though. is there any "lifegain matters" in standard at the moment? if so all the lifegain stuff (Ravenous Daggertooth included) could be a veritable strategy with a sort of build like this.

I feel your deck just needs more focus. You have several good Gruul cards in the deck, but due to the inconsistency of the draw and ramp, you will have inconsistency with curving out. Based on the majority of the cards in the deck, I'd say this deck is a modern deck. Based on that I would say even if your planning casually, I'd be hesitant to play cards like:
CMC 4 or greater must be very selective, even in green. I would go with a more streamline approach to cards over 4 CMC. Here is an example of your deck:

Firstly you're at 99 cards, so you're one short, it counts your commander.Wouldn't run: Bonded Horncrest, Colossal Dreadmaw, Grazing Whiptail, Shining Aerosaur, Tilonalli's Knight, Crash the Ramparts, Blinding Fog, New Horizons or Emergent GrowthWould Run Asceticism Gruul War PlowKindred Boon, kindred charge , Kindred Summons, Mirror Entity.
Basically you dont wanna run too many commons. You want permanent sources of trample or haste like the war plow.

Autumnstar Thanks for the notes! I kind of forgot about changeling haha, though I'm still trying to keep the deck as much dinosaur as I can for the flavor... Taurean Mauler looks super nice though so I'll probably put that in, especially since I tend to play commander with many people per game.
Crib Swap seems really nice as well, but the deck is pretty packed with important noncreature cards already, so I'll probably sideboard that for now. I also swapped out Shining Aerosaur for Grazing Whiptail - cheaper and still fulfills a role I need of blocking fliers.
Just have to wait for Rivals of Ixalan to release, and then I'll have some more choice of dinos to put in haha

I think your land looks pretty fixed... I think the best thing you could do is make Drover of the Mighty a 4 of because you may not be set with Otepec Huntmaster t2. Sadface for no haste-asaurus right off in that case though.May I suggest Burning Sun's Avatar or more Charging Monstrosaur? Maybe youre right though, I can see Raging Swordtooth sweeping the 1/1 goblin and vamps off the field. I just thought of Grazing Whiptail as well for some blue flying pirates?
