"It's always Willbender!" or so they say about face down creatures. Well, sometimes it is. But when you run a deck full of the things, more often it's not. And what better way to turn the information battle in your favor than to run 26 morphs? (Those of you who said "run 27", sit down. There are only so many that are worth adding before card quality suffers too much to make up for the information asymmetry.)

The release of Illusionist's Bracers is not only a fitting inclusion for someone like Ixidor, it finally gives the deck something more threatening to do than a mere Pickles lock. Particularly, putting it on Aphetto Alchemist is a good time, whether by something as minor as tapping out the opposing armies, or getting mana with a Sol Ring or Seat of the Synod, or pinging stuff with Fledgling Mawcor, or just drawing cards with Sensei's Divining Top...or with a crazy card combo involving a mana artifact, along with Crystal Shard, Fathom Seer, and the commander.

Of course, Illusionist's Bracers is only one card (as is Aphetto Alchemist), so they don't change the game that often. This really isn't a strong deck, but sometimes Shimmer and/or Land Equilibrium can put enough of a stop to things that your rather undersized squad can win the day (in the case of Land Equilibrium, you can even blow up your own lands, or sacrifice them to the fitting Dreamscape Artist and fail to find).

Other times you might literally get to LIVE THE DREAM: Dream Chisel, Copy Artifact copying Dream Chisel, and Sculpting Steel copying Dream Chisel. Set your morphs free. You know you want to.
