Hi. I'm working on an Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite EDH deck, but I have a pretty sad budget. I would like some help for good budget cards, either for a token theme or a control deck. The key cards I have so far are:

Wrath of God

Iona, Shield of Emeria

day of judgement

End Hostilities

Planar Outburst

Path to Exile

Dawn Charm

Hero of Bladehold

Precinct Captain

honour of the pure

Ajani, Caller of the Pride

Oblivion Ring

Banishing Light

Suggestions always appreciated. Thanks!

Stony Silence, Spirit Link, Honor of the Pure(Great for weenies w/Elesh), Humility is awesome, Parallax Wave and Ghostway are awesome for blink effects.

Mother of Runes//Academy Rector are awesome. Worship//Solitary Confinement//Phyrexian Unlife is pretty funny stuff.

And finally Balance and Land Tax. Kinda dickish, but powerhouse white spells.

Balance is banned in EDH. But effects of that sort are a good choice; stuff that hates on opponents' plans.

You can do control and tokens at the same time. Using token generators lets you build up advantage while you shut down opponents' plans. Once your opponents are in a poor position from your hate cards you can use your tokens to beat them down. Some token generators are even control cards at the same time, like Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Martial Coup and Phyrexian Rebirth.

Since this is mono-white, finding a way to get card draw is super important. Mentor of the Meek and things like Loreseeker's Stone will help a lot. You'll need to lean heavily on artifacts for these effects.

Thank you guys so much! These suggestions have been really helpful. I'll be sure to post the list after the deck is complete.
