As a big Romance of the Three Kingdoms fan, I really wanted to build a deck with all these weird boys.

As many of the Portal: Three Kingdoms creatures naturally have horsemanship (an ability that keeps them from being blocked by any creature that doesn't have horsemanship), or can get the ability from a card like Sun Quan, Lord of Wu, the main theme is attacking with generally weak, yet functionally unblockable guys.

To shore up the weaknesses of that strategy (small bodies and leaving yourself open to others after an attack), I picked Raffine, Scheming Seer as the commander. She'll be able to make their hard to block attacks even more powerful, while also providing a repeatable form of card draw.

The rest of the deck has three simple goals -- play removal (Anguished Unmaking) to keep the board clear, play protection and counters (Flawless Maneuver, An Offer You Can't Refuse) to keep my creatures safe and finally draw as many cards as possible (Kindred Discovery) so I've always got the answers I need.
