Semi-budget Winota stax/hate bears deck. Maybe board contains more costly upgrades to consider if the deck is well received(unlikely). Does decently well into strong/competitive decks that cost 4-8x as much. Main weakness is board wipes, exile/-1 counters are very hard to stop without specific cards, but the deck has more protection from destruction and damage.

Lands could use some work.
