This is a Vela deck that I'm trying to make for my play group with a Ninja kind of theme and lots of evasion and value when I hit my enemy. any kind of suggestions I will like to hear since I'm trying to make this casual with some cruel but necessary win con. I plan to also make a more in-depth guide to why I use some of the cards I do over others. (spoiler it's mostly budget.)
