I'm attempting to build my first ninja themed deck after pulling most of these cards from a Kamigawa Neon Draft booster box. I've added cards from other sets and continue to tinker with it. This is a budget deck (for now). My primary tactic is to cheat out big creatures using ninjitsu, and I'm trying to think of alternative wincons.
