Cycling is the coolest mechanic ever, so let's build a cycling deck for EDH!

"You're building a cycling deck and it's not Zur + Astral Slide + ETB?!"

Yes because it's been done a million times.

"Why Sultai?"

It was that or Esper but I liked the graveyard interaction Golgari affords.

"How does it win?"

Let's be frank: this isn't a "pubstomp" or even a "strong 75%" deck. My goal with making it was to have fun cycling interactions and still have some end-goals in mind.

At it's heart, this deck is midrange. Early game is generally spent ramping with green and milling yourself with cycling to begin building a strong hand and decent sized graveyard. Cycling being on the majority of cards means that you can always fix your hand at the cost of a turn or two.

Now for the win cons:

Abandoned Sarcophagus can dominate with a fat graveyard and a bunch of mana generation that you've ramped up from green you can go ham.

Archfiend of Ifnir easily shuts down creature decks if it can live long enough.

Drake Haven or Faith of the Devoted combined with Fluctuator or New Perspectives is a core combo.

Typical The Gitrog Monster + Ramunap Excavator.

Living Death can turn the tide quickly depending on the other player's decks at the table.

And if all else fails and you've made it to late game and are about to mill yourself to death: Laboratory Maniac.
