Budget Prosper, Tomb-Bound list. There are a few expensive cards but they can easily be replaced with way cheaper options. "Demonic Tutor" in particular can be replaced with "Diabolic Tutor" to cut a big chunk off the budget. "Torment of Hailfire" can be replaced with "Exanguinate". You won't win often at any high power tables or likely at all at any cEDH tables but the deck performs pretty well at most casual tables I've played it in considering its budget and how expensive Prosper decks can be.

The deck is just leaning into impulse draw to trigger Prosper and generate value. Your wincons are things like Marionette Master and Flaming Tyrannosaurus. They can pump out a ton of damage if unanswered and Torment of Hailfire can be a late game "I win" button. No big brain infinite combos or fast mana in this one as its a pretty casual deck. The mana base is also VERY budget friendly. If you wanted to dump some money into the list that's probably the best place to start and there's plenty of budget cards with more powerful (and more expensive) swaps you can make. Its also pretty good practice for remembering and ordering triggers as a lot can pop off at different points in your turn. Just a fun deck to pilot even though the turns can run long.
