This is a Voltron-esque, Spellslinger Pauper EDH deck helmed by Crackling Drake. The idea is quite straightforward: use low mana cost instants and sorceries to power up Cackling Drake, then swing with him for the win. There are a few ways to make Crackling Drake unblockable to make racking up commander damage a much simpler prospect. There are also various spells with flashback, rebound, and delve to take advantage of his "cards you own in exile" clause.
