I started with one of the Commander 19 pre-built decks - added more madness, but it didn't have as much synergy as I'd like. So, wightwizard8 mentioned adding some "wheel" to it. Then today it clicked in my brain that the Machine in "The Princess Bride" was a wheel of madness, basically - so that's what I'm going for now. And I just got cool sleeves with Inigo Montoya on them that say "Prepare to die!"
