Love the flavor on this one; well done! Nightshade Assassin seems nice in here; has first strike and get deathtouch from Mari. And her ETB is also pretty cool. I also like King's Assassin; not as good as his Royal counterpart, but still. Termination Facilitator could also be a fun political tool for you. Have fun with the deck!

Looking at this, it feels like it's trying for Assassin tribal, but you only have 10 Assassins for your Scarblade Elite , and I'm not quite sure what the intent of Emrakul, the Promised End is. I would switch out some of your conditional creature-kill instants and sorceries for more cards like Nekrataal , Nightshade Assassin , and Royal Assassin .

Would Nightshade Assassin be helpful here at all? You only have five 4-drops, and I thought it might be cool since it could help take something out, be cast for madness through Yawgmoth's ability if needed, and then could be sacrificed for gain to Ayara, the Cavalier, or Yawgmoth.

Aww hell yeah! I actually had a Kiku tiny leaders deck list that I never got around to putting together but I LOVE assassins tribal. Just off the top of my head, Thrill-Kill Assassin, Garza's Assassin and Nightshade Assassin are the most notable omissions.

Nekrataal probably gets the edge over Nightshade, but Nightshade could potentially get rid of indestructible creatures and can target black. Just something to consider.

I'm a huge fan of Garza's Assassin because sometimes you need to assassinate two targets asap.

Otherwise, your list looks really tight and these are mere suggestions/ideas. +1

Maybe consider Silumgar Assassin, Ruthless Ripper, or Guul Draz Assassin...?

Also, in terms of madness, Nightshade Assassin would work.

The land looks ok- its all about how stable it feels- How about moving the mainboard bile blight and duress to sb for some Scarblade Elite/Garza's Assassin/Orzhov Euthanist or Big Game Hunter/Nightshade Assassin/Dark Withering with Sinister Concoction/Olivia's Dragoon/Zombie Infestation/Pack Rat/Undertaker for value removal.Just ideas, it would be a very different looking deck.
