Looking for a good card to sacrifice in graveyard deck

TLDR: Hoping to find a 3 or less black creature card that when it's sacrificed lets me either put a card from my deck into my graveyard or from the graveyard onto the battlefield.
Here's how I want the deck to play: Instead of waiting for a sorcery or enchantment card to pop up to get cards out of my graveyard, I am trying to make it where I nearly always have a creature that can get cards out of the graveyard, or summon a creature that can.
For example if I don't draw any Doomed Necromancer, There's a very good chance I'd still at least draw a Fiend Artisan so that I can get a Doomed Necromancer out. Note these aren't the only cards I have for this purpose, just using the combo as an example.
My problem is I am having trouble finding good cards to sacrifice for Fiend Artisan or other cards I have like Victimize that fit well towards the goal of the deck. I've found plenty of good cards to sacrifice like Archfiend's Vessel or other cards that give life or create tokens when they die, but none of them feel like they contribute towards the goal I am working towards: Getting cards out of my deck into my graveyard, or cards from my graveyard onto the battlefield.
Something that lets me draw a card when it dies would probably be the next most useful thing.
If it helps, here's some other cards I'm planning on putting in the deck to give you a better idea of what I'm going for: Sheoldred, Whispering One, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Hell's Caretaker, Oriq Loremage, Undead Gladiator
The only color mana I'm currently planning on using is black, though I am considering adding some white.

Thanks the tips! I am not going to be building a commander deck with this, but I'm also not going be playing any tournaments lol. I just play with friends and family.
Some of those cards were on my list of possibly adding to the deck, and some I hadn't seen before, so good picks. If I can't find what I am looking for I might stick with some of them.
It doesn't just have to reanimate though, that's just the most ideal card I'm looking for. Other things that could work is something that would let me return cheaper cards like Doomed Necromancer to the battlefield or my hand instead if battlefield isn't an option. Something like "when this creature dies return creature with mana cost 3 or less to the battlefield/your hand". Or something like "when this creature dies draw a card".

Ok, with more context, there are more cards I can suggest. Lurrus of the Dream-Den and Omen of the Dead are a pretty cool value engine. Gravebreaker Lamia is a version of Oriq Loremage. As you're also including , Doomed Traveler is perfect. To draw cards, I heavily suggest Grim Haruspex and/or Smothering Abomination. With enough tribal synergy, Species Specialist could work, as well. Oh, and Elenda, the Dusk Rose is just nuts. Bushmeat Poacher is another underrated card to draw cards.

The problem with a lot of those cards is their effect is for when other creatures die. A lot of those are creatures I wouldn't want to sacrifice. And the ones I would give tokens which isn't really what I'm looking for.
That Lurrus of the dream-den look really interesting though. I wouldn't sacrifice it but I might add it to the deck.

Unfortunately exactly what you want is limited. Priest of Fell Rites can sacrifice herself to her own ability to reanimate. Reveillark is 5 mana and can get small stuff back. Karmic Guide is 5 mana and grabs stuff when it enters (and combos with Reveillark).

Elvish Doomsayer, Noxious Toad (oracle text is each opponent), Burglar Rat, Elderfang Disciple, and Liliana's Specter are all 2-3 drops that put in their work already or do when they die.

Looking at the selection of cards you mentioned, I'm assuming you're talking commander?
Phyrexian Delver is a great reanimator creature.
A black creature that reanimates something on death seems hard to find. If tokens are fine, there's always Doomed Dissenter. Other cards that roughly meet your criteria are Nether Traitor, Nullpriest of Oblivion, Order of Midnight, Pitkeeper, Silversmote Ghoul, Undead Butler and Veinwitch Coven.
