Creature — Human Cleric
Lifelink (Damage dealt by this creature also causes you to gain that much life.)
When Archfiend's Vessel enters the battlefield, if it entered from your graveyard or you cast it from your graveyard, exile it. If you do, create a 5/5 black Demon creature token with flying.

Archfiend's Vessel Discussion
You know what's better than exiling your own stuff? Bringing it back. Not budget but add a few fetches, Renegade Rallier and Lurrus of the Dream-Den. Maybe some Unearth. Then, Archfiend's Vessel because a 5/5 flier on t2 is awesome. You could Persist Vessel and still get the 5/5. I play blue w/ Satyr Wayfinder (prob your best self-mill after Stitcher w/o going into blue for Hedron Crab) There's also Shriekhorn. No Fiend Artisan? And then, if you self-mill, Laboratory Maniac and (I play blue) Lazav, the Multifarious in case it gets milled. Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Splinterfright, Nighthowler. Collector Ouphe for art gy hate. I think Desecrated Tomb is kind of useless without a good recur-engine.

Thank you for your feedback. I was at the moment editing and doing some playtests to see how it went. Tottally agree with you on Archfiend's Vessel and took him out along with Taborax (although he got me thinking and I have a few Reanimate and Entomb in my collection and I will build another demon's returning from hell deck with him)
Anyway this is my final version of the deck so please take another look and let me know your suggestions

I like decks like this. It's a lot like the way I like to build.
I will say, though, that I'm not in love with having Archfiend's Vessel or Blood Speaker in there. The former just seems like it is incredibly situationally limited (unless I'm missing something), and the latter is too expensive for what it does. I do get that you want Clerics to feed Taborax, so my recommended replacements would be Priest of Forgotten Gods and Nullpriest of Oblivion .
I might have other ideas, but I'm on a short break from work right now and don't have time to think. I might get back to you on that.

No, I'm not using it for Vito, it's more for Archfiend's Vessel and demon, Garrison Cat and human, and Serrated Scorpion s. With using Lurrus of the Dream-Den bringing them back. I decided to add Obosh, the Preypiercer for spice.

Good to see you back Sorin_Markov_1947!
It probably is time to mix things up with this deck a bit. I only play BO1 so my sideboard is always the bubble cards and this thing might be geared towards fighting Dimir Rogues a bit too much. I am kind of indifferent between Archfiend's Vessel and Nullpriest. I think both are great in this deck. Nullpriest gets the nod though because he can bring back Rankle. In the longer grindier games it's a huge boost. Also, running Demonic Embrace helps me get a little more out of him because the menace makes it hard to flash a creature down in front of him.

To all those saying that card advantage is a problem: it's not. This may look like an aggro deck, but I've played mono-black Eidolon with a lot of the same cards and it can grind out games very well. I play mine for fun and not in ranked, but it does well.
I think Archfiend's Vessel is just too good here to remain in the sideboard. Anything with cheap recursion works so well with him to just get you a 5/5 flier. He's one of the main win conditions for my deck, but I don't play Demonic Embrace because I have Lurrus as a companion. I also play Order of Midnight and Mogis's Favor , but I don't think you need either. I don't find Nullpriest to be all that good, tbh. Maybe your experiences with him are different.

Sorry TheRoaringRegisaur, last semester of grad school really has limited my play and edit time. Archfiend's Vessel works on its own without Call of the Death-Dweller . It just has to die to bring in the 5/5 demon with flying. It may not have menace as the theme of the deck is concerned, but it does get to pass damage to the player most of the time since no one wants it to die. So in a sense, it works like menace by being difficult to block.

Solid deck! Any thought toward Rise of the Dread Marn ? Makes for a good recovery after sweepers, even your own sweeper! If nothing else I'd have it as a sideboard option, maybe. Lurrus is also a thought with the recursion, but he's not a zombie and not doing his best work in this deck. Archfiend's Vessel really feels like it belongs here despite not being a zombie. Milling that and bringing it back with any kind of recursion is just so strong.
I've found three-color to be consistent in Standard with the pathways, but you're in snow and only splashing green. I think the Fabled Passages are perfect for that and your mana base is pretty good as-is.
