I like the list! Consider replacing Battleground Geist and Gallows Warden with cheaper mana value lords like Supreme Phantom and Empyrean Eagle. If you want a big spirit (because that's fun), consider Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens which is super cheap right now because it was in the Crimson Vow Commander precon.

Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts could also be added to this deck. Requiem Angel might be worthy of consideration. After all, you play enough non-spirits to get this card into the deck. The beautiful and sombre Angel of Flight Alabaster could also be worthy of consideration for this deck. Paraselene gives one life and destroys pesky enchantments. Furthermore, the art is synergy. The full moon is known to cause not only insanity but also opens the door for ghosts. Murder is the obvious choice: you are making a murder mystery themed deck for crying out loud! Victim of Night is another worthy choice. Kessig Cagebreakers might also be of use. Geist of Saint Traft might also be of use in this deck. Gallows Warden might be useful for extra synergy.
I hope these suggestions have been of some use to you!

It is completely possible to build a UB zombie/spirit control deck but I'm not sure how competitive it would be. Just did a quick search and (within modern) other than Soul Separator, Graveborn Muse, and Haunted Dead, there isn't a large intersection between the two tribes
I've seen some decent UW spirit control decks before using Geist of Saint Traft, Spell Queller, Mausoleum Wanderer, Rattlechains and Selfless Spirit with some other removal, cantrips, and counterspells as backup. Spell queller is so good in spirit control I almost wonder if it would make sense to do U/W/B instead, the problem is it would make your mana pretty awkward.
As for zombies, I could see a deck that grinds people out in the long game with Endless Ranks of the Dead, Lich Lord of Unx, and Graveborn Muse. Also a lot of people forget that Undead Warchief is the only one of its cycle to be modern legal (thank you time spiral block)
Putting them together though might be a bit tricky as the zombie cards don't care about spirits and visa versa. Definitely doable if you want to commit to flavor though.
There exist lords in both tribes:
Spirits: Drogskol Captain, Long-Forgotten Gohei, Battleground Geist(meh), Gallows Warden (meh)
Also soulshift and much of the kamigawa block had a spirits theme across all 5 colors. The soulshift mechanic might be nice (some of the better ones were in green imo). Here's an example of soulshift: Thief of Hope
Zombies: Diregraf Captain, Cemetery Reaper, Diregraf Colossus (technically not a lord but close enough), Undead Warchief, Death Baron(not the best for budget reasons), Lord of the Undead and Risen Executioner
Also bonus flavor points if you run Zombie Apocalypse
Sorry if his wasn't as straight forward as you were looking for. I think I rambled a bit. Does this help or were you looking for something else?

All right. I like this deck's idea, but it needs a lot of refinement.start by cutting Battleground Geist, Drogskol Cavalry, Gallows Warden, Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens, Spirit of the Hearth, and True Conviction. That should leave you with 12 more cards freed up. increase the number of cards that you only have a single copy of, such as Intangible Virtue and Favorable Winds. You're gonna want 4 more lands, and I suggest cutting both the bridge and cascade for 4 copies of Glacial Fortress and one more island and plains. lastly, add Doomed Traveler as a one drop, and look up some lower CMC spells, like Midnight Haunting. I hope this helps.
