Millicent has unfinished business, as do many of the spirits in her legions. In the lore, it states that she and her spirits descend on cities like a natural disaster, killing corrupt officials or disguised werewolves alike. Dorothea counts amongst those in her ranks - a skilled bloodline sorceress with her own unfinished business. Hopefully my opponents do not play any vampires because Dorothea and Katilda would only be too happy to attack any foolish vampire weilding planeswalker in my way! I have also included some classic occult references, such as Soulcipher Board, Occult Epiphany and Ghostly Flicker. Naturally, spirit has more than one meaning so Millicent's army isn't just composed of ghosts - she also has help from Keiga, Tallowisp, Willow-O-Wisps and spirit foxes. Drumbellower ensures that Millicent and her army can still protect and serve when the turn of my opponents end, which I think is severely underrated and the card should have been included in the original precon anyway because it is just too good not to include.

Millicent and her spirits will certainly leave one with a haunting experience, for if you get in their way of their unfinished business, you may end up joining them ...

This deck is by no means finished, but I think this is a pretty decent start. I would love to know what you think of it and any suggestions you have as improvements!
