Neat deck idea, but I feel like you probably want more mana sources, definitely some more lands (I'd aim for 36-40 for a 4 mana Esper Commander that you 'need' to have out for your deck to work), and possibly some of the Talismans (some or all of Talisman of Dominance, Talisman of Hierarchy, and Talisman of Progress would be obvious options to consider that help with fixing). My issue is that it's pretty easy to just kill your Commander, at which point you've got a bunch of auras that do very little. You can also throw in some cards to help protect your Commander, more of those could also shave off recasting, but remember something like Swiftfoot Boots needs adds an effective mana to the cost of your Commander (where Lightning Greaves does not), effectively adding 1 to her cost.

You're also pretty light on interaction of some sorts, but I'm guessing you're really, really counting on having your Commander out and stealing the problem creatures, but not everything is a creature in my experience! In White you have access to Generous Gift and Stroke of Midnight, this kind of card can solve a lot of stuff if you're desperate, regardless of the card's type. Maybe removal could be 'Secret Police', ie those who make problems 'go away' forever? I guess you could have Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker in charge?

Eldrazi Conscription can steal something bigger for you, and make it a HUGE problem fwiw.

Weird idea, but have you thought about some cards that can steal creatures for you regardless of the creature's scale? Sower of Temptation, Callous Oppressor, and Thalakos Deceiver are pretty cheap for what they do. You might also try something like Rite of Replication or Cryptoplasm, copying something like a Blightsteel Colossus can also solve the issue, at least for you.

Potential 3-mana or more spells to consider:

• Rhystic StudyGC, Monastery Mentor, Smothering TitheGC, Propaganda, Necropotence, Necrodominance, Hurkyl's Recall, etc.

Maybe also consider some really classic three cost spells that revolve around some of magic's oldest reprinted spells. etc. Cancel, Generous Gift, stuff like that.

Other stuff to consider would be ways to replace creatures within your list with 3+ cmc spells that hold up the same keywords/wording/etc.

Siege-, well, this is a good time to learn. =)

A "format" is basically a set of rules about what cards you can play and how many of them. The formats are mostly gated chronologically -- which is important, because the "older" a format is, the more broken cards it has access to. "Legacy" has a cut-off of, basically, "None, any card ever printed is legal... which means we have access to recent losers like Merfolk of the Depths, sure, but also suuuper-powerful cards that cost four figures (Tropical Island, Ancestral Recall)." And when you say your deck is in the Legacy format, you're saying, "Yeah, I want my deck to be considered alongside decks with those kinds of cards," which... might be misleading. =)

Your deck is Modern-legal, meaning it only uses cards that were printed after the game's first ten years. (Any Modern-legal deck is, by definition, also Legacy-legal, but that still doesn't mean they can compete with each other.) It's also close to being Pioneer-legal (meaning it only uses cards that were printed after the game's first twenty years), though you'd have to give up Treefolk Umbra and I know you're attached to that. You're not required to make it compliant to any format, particularly since you and your friends clearly play using house rules; I'm simply trying to help you understand what claims you're currently making.

Two cards I would advise you: Generous Gift and Growth Spiral. Both would fit in nicely.

Hi Baron777,

Just responding to your post here. I hope you don't mind. Just for my own understanding, I think you need to clarify what kind of decks you want to play against. When you say "This is designed as a fun 6-7 level deck that..." This tells me nothing. When discussing your deck I suggest following this prompt:

1. My deck has a budget of...
2. My manabase has the most efficient lands available/most cheap and slow utility tapped lands and tapped fetches/a mix between the two
3. My deck threatens to kill an opponent between turns x and y/The most important turns for my deck are between x and y when my deck can pop off when doing z.

Based off of the previously mentioned cards in your post - namely Solemnity and Torpor Orb it sounds like your meta has a lot of particularly nasty control magic that can absolutely one card you out of a game. Therefore I suggest adding both more ramp and more interaction - you're in the colors for it:

• More ramp: Staples such as Nature's Lore, Rampant Growth, Kodama's Reach/Cultivate are missing

• More tutors such as: Worldly Tutor, Sylvan Tutor and Enlightened Tutor

• Try experimenting with proliferation: options as well Karn's Bastion, Inexorable Tide, or even Sword of Truth and Justice can keep Shield counters on your creatures making them continuously difficult to deal with

• More removal: Adding spells like Naturalize, Voidslime, Farewell, Counterspell, Beast Within, Generous Gift, Mana Drain, Force of Will, Plasm Capture, Arcane Denial, Dovin's Veto

In summary, I think your deck doesn't match what it's playing against. You need to have more consistency if you are going up against opponents who are going to completely lock you out of a game. To get that, you need to make sure you can target problem permanents as often as possible.

Some creatures I like a lot are Godsire, Impervious Greatwurm, Inferno Titan, terastadon, Woodfall Primus, and Worldspine Wurm, but my deck is Mayael's A"naya"lation themed, so I play heavily into the destroy stuff. On the topic of destroy, some instants I like are Beast Within and Generous Gift that are just good removal and play into the Anayalation theme. You run og duals (and shocks too I suppose) so Three Visits and Nature's Lore seem like they could be good.

Angus lost another long game to Kykar, Wind's Fury, who killed us with Underworld Breach (baiting away my Perplexing Chimera with Narset, Enlightened Exile) Frantic Searching 20 times into Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, with a Sol Ring for an infinite storm count and enough Grapeshots to kill us all. I would have been able to kill Harrison with my Uyo, Silent Prophet, which had 10 counters from Jesse's Orzhov Advokist but Jesse sent a sorcery speed Generous Gift at Uyo. Gluntch, the Bestower giveth, and he taketh away.

I had extended the game with a Cyclonic Rift and a Sublime Exhalation into a Faith's Reward but I died holding an Enchanted Evening I never drew a use for.
