Greater Good is something you could remove as you wont have many cards for it and it will just be a discard machine.
Hushwing Gryff or Torpor Orb could be removed I would suggest Hushwing Gryff unless locally there is a lot of etb effects you probably dont need both.
Ooze Garden could be removed it would be more useful if it could be used as an interrupt.
Elephant Guide could be removed it is not that powerful in commander.
Haunted Cloak could be removed it is ok but once again not that strong in commander especially in a token deck.
I would replaceSelesnya Evangel with Jade Mage.
I would suggest Explosive Vegetation over Skyshroud Claim because you are in two colors.
Beast Attack is another thing you could remove as it cost alot of mana.
instead of Nature's Lore you could put in Rampant Growth as you could grab white with it.

Call of the Herd is another possibility. other than that I would say you could drop some mana rocks as you dont need to much mana with a 3 avg cmc. That is all I really am gonna say just don't take everything I say as stone if you like something put it in there because you like it not because someone told you too. Nice deck btw

I think Essence of the Wild is better than Spawnwrithe, you could probably understand why.

Mirari's Wake could probably fit in here instead of the Centaur Glade, as the glade's effect seems rather slow, and weak.

Beast Attack is easily replaceable by Baloth Cage Trap if you really want that kind of effect.

Farseek and Nature's Lore are worse Cultivate and Kodama's Reach.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes looks sweet, but may end up being a trap, as he actually doesn't do much with either +1, and it may be better to run more repeatable Token Generators, like Sacred Mesa, or Captain's Claws.

Song of the Dryads, Beast Within, and Lignify might be good if you need extra removal, as only 2 Removal cards might be too few.

Craterhoof Behemoth seems strange as a missing piece, I'd recommend dropping Emmara Tandris or Hushwing Gryff.

Seems like more Glorious Anthem effects might not be a bad idea here either, A Spear of Heliod, and maybe an Intangible Virtue are likely to not let you down at any point in the game. Maybe shove out a Sculpting Steel, and a Vessel of Endless Rest.

Seems like a good place for Both Odric's (Odric, Lunarch Marshal, and Odric, Master Tactician). You pump up with a ton of abilities and +1/+1's, and slam in however you want with Odric's masterful tactic.

I may come back with more Suggestions, as I'm running a bit short on time right now, so I hope you take some of my suggestions to heart, and I wish you the best of luck with your deck!

Herald of the Host is downright broken with Rhys. Let's say you're playing 4 player. Attack with herald, make 2 tokens. Copy them. After combat you have 3 creatures with myriad that stay. Next turn, attack with all of them and make 6 more tokens. Use Rhys and get 2+6 more tokens. After combat this turn you now have 10 tokens and 1 creature with flying, vigilance, and myriad. Pretty brutal. For that exact same reason, Blade of Selves is a great card for Rhys. It may not give the token copies myriad, but you can essentially copy any creature in your deck, such as Avenger of Zendikar or Sublime Archangel. The last card with myriad you can run is Caller of the Pack, but I think he costs too much mana to use effectively.

I'm going to suggest some cards to remove, and why as well. I'll suggest some extra cards in case you disagree with me.

Ooze Garden. This makes a big token. That's nice. However, it's practically useless to sacrifice a token to it to make a token that's the same size. The only value from it is to sacrifice a non-token so Rhys has more tokens to double. The problem with that is your non-token creatures are generally too valuable to sacrifice.

Elephant Guide. This card is a vanilla boosting enchantment that makes a token when it dies. The only way to make the token is if the creature dies. That means you're giving the opponent the power to give you the token or not. I personally don't like giving people choices. Plus, you go wide in this deck. You don't need a buff for one creature.

Behemoth Sledge. Again, you don't need to buff a creature when you're going wide. Same deal with Loxodon Warhammer and Haunted Cloak.

Centaur Glade. This card is just pretty slow. You'll only use it when you REALLY want a token, which many other cards do better.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. He's a great card, honestly. But if you even do his minus ability for 0, all of your tokens die. You will most likely always be hit harder by him than anyone else at the table. If you're using him for a boardwipe, use Hour of Reckoning instead.

Gelatinous Genesis. With the amount of mana that you need to make this card good, you should be activating Rhys. Same deal with Wurmcalling. And Mobilization.

Gideon's Phalanx. It costs way too much mana.

Since you want to run Rhys and swarm with a crap ton of tokens here a couple cards that have been my nemesis in the past. Link them up and watch your opponents squirm cuz they can't block. Can't react. And sometimes can't swing. Enlightened Tutor and Glare of Subdual

I like the deck, I have a similar deck that you should check out, to see if I have any ideas you like and might like to take Rhys the Redeemed, Leader of all, Follower of none

Also I noticed you are missing Konda's Banner it is an amazing pump for Rhys the Redeemed decks.

if you are going to run Kamahl, Fist of Krosa you should really run Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite because to destroy any land is just trump douche move

I would really try to stay away from artifact for mana pump. Many commander decks run a lot of artifact hate and it sucks when you only have mana pumps as targets for them. Plus you are running elves, who happen to have some of the best mana producing creatures around: Elvish Archdruid, Priest of Titania, and Wirewood Channeler

Also running lots of creature tutors is a must because you can find your bombs, ramp creatures, or utility guys(Qasali Pridemage) card examples are: Worldly Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, Chord of Calling, Defense of the Heart etc..

Nomads' Assembly is better then Deploy to the Front in every way.

Reach of Branches is only a 2/5 for 5 mana and you only have 7 forest in your whole deck for recurrence, Emeria Angel, Rampaging Baloths, or any other landfall might be better due to the fetchlands.

You have a lot of good lands, Crop Rotation is awesome, find any one of them when ever you need it. Or if you have landfall you can find a fetch and crack it for a 2 count.

Not good. At 5 mana, you have something that immediately does nothing. It requires combat damage to start being good with Rhys, but it has no form of evasion. It can combo hard with Rhys, but that first step seems rather difficult. At 5 mana, you might as well use Herald of the Host who combos more easily with Rhys while making bigger, flying vigilance tokens.
