When I looked at mono-red and mono-blue, I was bored with the idea of each of them... So I decided to build both wrong. Norin leads mono-red control. Not chaos. There are chaos effects in here, but it's all to disrupt. None of that "Chaos for chaos' sake" nonsense.

Beyond that, it's pretty much what you'd expect from Norin, I suppose. ETB shenanigans.
