Karlov life-gain deck with Lurrus; down side to Lurrus is I can only play permanents with CMC 2 or less in my deck, but there's a lot of really good 2 or lower drops that I can play over and over from my graveyard. Plus I have multiple spells in my deck to get back creatures from the graveyard for when Lurrus dies.
