This deck is part of a series of fun challenges me and my playgroup are doing for the 2020 Commander Year. First on the list is this deck: Building a deck for $25 under a commander less than $20. (Lands do not count toward cost.)

I am very excited to see how this plays, and then I am very much looking forward to upgrading it, the list for which I will provide a link for once I have playtested and upgraded this deck to my satisfaction.

The goal of this deck is simply to outpace my opponents with board presence with a combination of the cost reduction from the commander and the evasion of fliers. Grand Arbiter was chosen as the commander to compensate for the fact that little money could be spent on a manabase; his tax effect on opponents isn't going to be focused on much even once the deck is upgraded.
