my first try at a Rakdos EDH deck, and it's works out pretty well. There are no Suspend, Rebound, or Fortell cards (except for Dream Devourer 's ability) Because you can't use those abilities if the cards are already exiled, though Dream Devourer gives your hand fortell, which still works fine. The deck works well, but I might want to try adding in a few more actual draw cards, as a means of getting Harnfell, Horn of Bounty (back side of Birgi, God of Storytelling  ) and dream devourer online, as well as keep myself from being shut down by Drannith Magistrate
