Selv-AWESOME needs to stay alive to pour liquid amazing all over your game table. She also needs to have an unlimited hand size. We've got lots of unlimited hand size stuff, but one pulls double duty, and gives you life with Venser's Journal, and then doubles it with Alhammarret's Archive.
Deny big threats with Spectral Grasp and Vow of Duty, and stop swarms with Ghostly Prison and Crawlspace.
Stop wipes and self-milling with Elixir of Immortality and Second Sunrise.
Dead elves can't hug.
Don't die.

Now that we have that out of the way, allow me to explain...

META BREAKER

My EDH group saw a recent escalation of force between two players. The decks kept getting meaner, nastier, and more expensive. Players were finding it hard to get their more casual EDH decks into the game. Rather than make the problem worse, I decided to give everyone (else) a fighting chance. I looked at other Hug decks, and fun chaos they could create, and took it up a notch to make a SUPER-HUG!
