I was actually thinking of using Quicksilver Dagger but ultimately cut it, for no other reason than space. Crackleburr and Dominus of Fealty are great, but I wanted this deck to have a slight Chaos twist to it, so I had to have room for Warp World, Eye of the Storm, and the likes. Also, note the epic Hive Mind + Pact of Negation combo, haha.
I'd recommend taking out Frazzle and putting in something like Cancel. It would be 1 blue mana more, 2 less colorless, but doesn't have any requirements. It just straight up counters a spell, unless you have it in there specifically so it can't be countered with Hive Mind.

This looks like a very fun deck, I am surprised there is no Dominus of Fealty , Mindslaver , Crackleburr or Quicksilver Dagger .
