I decided to try a challenge to build an EDH deck for under $10.

Decided 58 non-lands would be a good balance and started my search looking for all legendaries 0.17 or less. Depala stuck out to me and I went to town.

As I added cards I expanded my search to include higher cost cards as I was adding a lot of 0.01-0.10 cards, leaving me a pretty decent budget to work with for some cards.

Total pre-tax came to $9.88 at the time of purchase
