This deck is one of the best at my kitchen table!

This deck plays really consistently, it's all cheap to cast high power (low toughness) creatures along with enough self-milling and delve cards to reliably fetch Torrent Elemental's. Every card here is either a big threat or gives card advantage, so I can keep up the pressure with one or two high power creatures most turns, attacking whenever I can until I finally make them all unblockable. I think I found the right combination of mill and delve cards, Satyr Wayfinder fetches a land, mills three, leaves a 1/1 chump-blocker, and lets me play Hooting Mandrills turn three. Commune with the Gods fetches a creature and mills five cards making Treasure Cruise really cheap. With all the self-milling and extra card draw there is a really good chance of finding and exiling at least one of the four Torrent Elemental's which makes all the self-milling and delve cards that much better.

Icy Blast is crazy powerful in this deck. Any three creatures will do about ten damage and leave the opponent only one turn to save themselves. What's better is that I don't need this card to win, I can reliably expect to find a Torrent Elemental later in the game. I can play Icy Blast turn three or four, shut down any ramp creatures or whatever else and prevent them from blocking 4, 8 even 16 combat damage.

I consider this a budget deck, but if you wanted to make it cheaper you could go without the Polukranos, World Eater's.
