A very quickly put together deck. The main theme is to play with suspend, getting things on the field very quickly, and making recurrent spells trigger as fast as possible.

The commander pairing, Clara Oswald + The Ninth Doctor can be used to upkeep twice after the untap step, removing 3 time counters from suspended cards a turn.

Sphinx of the Second Sun and Paradox Haze are both used to get further upkeep steps, just to try to ensure that time counters fly right off of things like Chronomantic Escape or make Chronozoa go wide really fast
