Mono white is considered weaker than most other options, and it is, but this deck is pretty okay. It's the only mono white commander that appeals to me, and I wanted to build a deck as a sort of challenge so I did so. I focused pretty hard on card advantage options, but I also refuse to buy cards I don't own for this list, hence no Land Tax + Scroll Rack. It would definitely be worth including if I had a Land Tax but I don't. I'm also not sure if I have enough removal, but that's something I need to test to answer. The basic idea is to use creatures that bounce themselves like Whitemane Lion to trigger Oketra many times without having to invest tons of cards into it. It's not a very complex game plan but it's pretty fun to do, and you can do some neat tricky things to recur your ETB creatures with your bouncy ones. Mostly you win with giant zombie armies.
