Scavenging Ooze might help against all the grave shenanigans that happen in commander. I know it isn't at 2 power for long but still worth a looksee.

Seedborn Muse is a million dollars but still it is terrifying.

Arachnogenesis can come out of nowhere if someone alphas you. Thought you won the game? HAHAHAHA!

I'm sure you've heard the rant about how every edh deck should run Rhystic Study by now.

No Chromatic Lantern? It's great mana fixing. Idk if you have color issues with that absurdly expensive mana base, but I, a meager peasant with very little income, find it consistently useful.

Consider Citywide Bust as a sweeper? Other than sadly Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa and Sun Titan, it's totally one-sided.

Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor are any card in your deck.

I'm 89% sure you know, but you have two dudes in your bear sections with three or more power- those being Notion Thief and Thalia, Heretic Cathar.

Speaking of Thalia, no Thalia, Guardian of Thraben?

Speaking of modern staples, no Snapcaster Mage?

Needle Storm might be pretty good, more or less a sweeper for fliers. .

Hello there! I don't see anything huge you're missing (other than lands), but I definitely think you should at least consider Sol Ring, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Eternal Witness, Mystical Tutor, Plasm Capture, Counterspell, and probably Blue Sun's Zenith and Stroke of Genius as well. If you're looking for cards to cut to make room for lands, I would start with the following. A lot of those cards are for what appears to be an Edric subtheme; I'd stick to just one plan, making a lot of mana and killing your opponents with it.

it might be worth swapping Corrosive Gale out for either Needle Storm, Hurricane or Windstorm or Squall Line ... but Arashi, the Sky Asunder allows for scavenge-able instant speed flying hate

I think there are a few cards to reconsider. For example, Raking Canopy and Needle Storm are cards that damage flying creatures. Either you know that you're facing a deck full of aggressive fliers, or these cards could sit quite dead in your hand. On top of that, every spider has reach, so you can block flying creatures. Instead of Raking Canopy you could consider Gaea's Anthem to buff up your creatures and have a bigger chance of surviving a block against both fliers and non-fliers.

I would probably cut the Skysnare Spiders because their cost is the same as that of Arachnus Spinner except the spinner has higher toughness and a free tap the spider for a free enchantment effect. The second Skysnare Spider and maybe even the Sentinel Spider could be switched out for more Kessig Recluses. The vigilance is nice to have of course, but it is up to you to decide whether it trumps the deathtouch.

Consider also Cryptolith Rite if you want to get more mana out of your creatures, this can also help get you to pay the cost for Ishkanah, Grafwidow's burn effect if you either have too little lands or lack a source of black.

One particular land that I find very satisfying to combine with Watcher in the Web is Swarmyard to just block 8 creatures and regenerate your blocker for free.

I second the comments to get rid of single target pump spells. You might instead go for stuff like Prowler's Helm or Executioner's Hood to get your commander through unblocked. Also, Pollenbright Wings might be fun. Sigil of Valor also. Stuff like Windstorm, Silklash Spider, Tornado Elemental, Needle Storm & Gale Force would help you destroy fliers to get your army through unblocked.
