Ok first of all if this thread insults anyone im srry. These color combinations are mostly based on stereotypes.
Christianity - Orzhov
Why: First i was thinking that this should be white because of obvious reference cards like Wrath of God and Crusade. But i feel like Christianity tries to look like mono-white but deep down inside its more white black.
Cards: For commander i was thinking that Selenia, Dark Angel could fit well. Other cards i might include are: several angels, several clerics, Greed, False Prophet, Damnation, Chapel Geist, Preacher, Orzhova, the Church of Deals, Temple of the False God, Divine Light, Wrath of God, Angelic Armaments, Bonds of Faith, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Cho-Manno, Revolutionary (This would be Jesus), Brilliant Halo, Call To Serve, Crusade, Angel of Despair, Public Execution, Mortify Demonic Torment, Retribution of the Meek, Divine Intervention, Elite Inquisitor, Rule of Law, Miraculous Recovery, Heliod, God of the Sun, Day of Judgment and Venser's Journal (Holy Bible).
Islam - Boros
Why: White because Islam is much like christianity and red because some people for some reason seem to think that Islam = Terrorists and as i told you before these are based around stereotypes.
Cards: Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran could be the commander. Other cards could be False Prophet, Crusade, Wrath of God, Artillerize, boros colored soldiers, several cards from Arabian Nights, several angels, Faith's Reward, Divine Intervention, Miraculous Recovery, Rule of Law and Temple of the False God.
Satanism - Rakdos
Why: R/B is full of demons and devils so it fits perfectly.
Cards: Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch or Boris Devilboon both seem to fit as commanders. Exava is however a bit better card than Boris so i think im going for her. Other cards would be several witches, demons and devils, Greed, Artillerize, Tears of Rage, Dark Ritual, Duress, Bad Moon, several shamans, Tribute to Hunger, Promise of Power, Sign in Blood, Demonic Tutor, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Zombify, Damnation, Hellfire, Do or Die, Rise from the Grave, Burn at the Stake, Temple of the False God, Blood Speaker, Hell's Caretaker and Victimize
Hinduism - Golgari
Why: Hinduism focuses on cycle of life and death. Golgari has the most graveyard focus so it fits nicely.
Cards: Pharika, God of Affliction is the best fit because of its activated ability. It makes a dead creature reincarnate as a snake. Other cards could be Cremate, Reincarnation, Symbiotic Wurm, Golgari Germination, Brindle Shoat, Deadly Grub, Dripping-Tongue Zubera, Flesh Carver, Hooded Hydra, Mitotic Slime, Mongrel Pack, Ogre Slumlord, Elephant Guide, Gutter Grime, Seize the Soul, Symbiotic Elf, Symbiotic Beast, Temple of the False God, Apprentice Necromancer, Doomed Necromancer, Hell's Caretaker, self-mill cards and Tukatongue Thallid.
Shinto - Selesnya
Why: Green for kami and white for samurais.
Cards: Kei Takahashi as the commander. Other cards would be from kamigawa block mostly.
Atheism - Izzet
Why: I want this to be kind of a science deck and red blue is the best colors for that.
Cards: Jhoira of the Ghitu is the commander because its ability is like putting something in development. Other cards include: Brainstorm, Compulsive Research, Electrolyze, Essence Backlash, Izzet Charm, Overwhelming Intellect, Ral Zarek, Mizzium Transreliquat, Archaeomancer, Mercurial Chemister, Deep Analysis, Epic Experiment, Fabricate, Teleportal, Civilized Scholar Flip, Ludevic's Test Subject Flip, Vivisection, Gitaxian Probe, Shrapnel Blast, Ornithopter, Scuttling Doom Engine, Karn, Silver Golem, Ensoul Artifact, Steam Augury and several constructs.
Any thoughts? Suggestions? I apologize if someone found any of this insulting.

Cthulhu-ism (okay so it's a stretch, but it'd be fun) could be Dimir. Sea monsters like Inkwell Leviathan and black cult-esque things like Cabal Therapy or simply Murder. And something like Wrexial, the Risen Deep is just perfect for that, possibly as the commander.

I think you should rename Christianity to Catholicism. The difference between Catholicism and Evangelical Christianity may seem subtle to those with no experience in the matter, but they are quite different. Catholicism focuses much more on the church and the church's authority, much like Orzhov.

Have you considered a mono-white Jainism deck? A lot of stuff like Pacifism and prevention of damage for the Jainist belief in nonviolence and compassion.
