Donate a large number of unhelpful cards. My favorite thing to do is use Thieves' Auction and pick Zedruu the Greathearted and none of my other permanents, leaving me drawing a bajillion cards a turn (I think the most was 24 or 25). If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
