Okay so this is a pretty basic you gain life while everyone else loses life. The key cards you are going to be digging for for the instant 1 turn win are: Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond / Cliffhaven Vampire / Defiant Bloodlord / Epicure of Blood / Marauding Blight-Priest / Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose / Vizkopa Guildmage

Of course we have plenty of ways of getting the combo started with simple Extortion mechanics and our commander. We have enchantment retrieval from both graveyard and library.

The best thing about the combo is you can change target mid combo to eliminate everyone else at the table. So the recommendation is to hold of on playing Exquisite blood until you have one of the other cards out on the board and then just extort to get it started.
