Have you ever wanted to play mono blue but not be "that guy" who runs 26 counters? Why not instead run a deck with 26 Keiga, the tide star!

We run one of our favorite dragons as our commander and fill our entire deck with clone effects. We clone our Keiga, and choose for the clone to be sacrificed to the legendary rule, netting us one of their creatures. If they have to kill one of them later on they their using a kill spell for their own cards, which is fine with us.

With academy ruins and phyrexian metamorph we can continuously get a clone effect back as well. Mirror pool and doppelganger can be instant speed, to steal attackers who may be coming at you. one weird trick that works, is if you have a clone in the graveyard, you can have body double enter as clone which enters as something else (magics weird right?)

If we need to stall we can always clone their guys earlier to give us time to get Keiga out, and then later we can cast polymorphous rush to turn our entire board into Keiga and then take their actual creatures.

I hope you guys enjoy this silly deck, it's not competitive but it's a blast to play.
