My playgroup decided to undertake a challenge where we: A) build a deck in a color combination we've never used before and B) every card in the deck has to be under $1. Know what is typically terrible in commander leading to a plethora of cheap cards? Boros!

I decided to go with Anax and Cymede because heroic is fun and Theros is one of my favorite sets. Let's do this!
