This is Runetail, and his immortal Angels.

I have owned this deck for several months now. It punches much higher above its weight than you would expect. I have updated the deck to have a few suggestions, and changes ive made. Still trying to keep this as budget as possible, but id really like to know what effects are over the top good for this deck, and what can/should i swap for the very basic land setup.

The commander is reliable, cheap, and able to be cast multiple times when removed, and makes your creatures unkillable. They can be destroyed via exile, destroy, or -1/-1, but no damage can affect them. This means no secondary effect to damage such as poison lifelink, etc.. This has 2 Main themes

Angel Tribal, and Token generation

This deck has focuses on a few things
Lots of ramp
Reusable draw effects
Large amount of control with single target removal

If you get any of the cards that redirect all damage to a creature when your commander is out, this stops most decks in their tracks barring specific and or multiple types of removals when you can cast your commander so often.
