I've been fiddling with the idea of a golgari cycling deck for a while, and Ishkanah, Grafwidow is the chosen commander for the theme, able to take some advantage of the variety of spells we cycle away -- It's between her and Izoni, who's also in the deck.

Living Death is the win-con, but other than that this just feels like a turbo toolbox of jank.
