This deck is supposed to be as competitive as possible while focusing primarily on tapping opponents permanents. Hopefully, we keep them tapped indefinitely or at least keep tapping them from effects. And while the pathway is clear with tapped creatures, you swing away with your creatures as a finisher. As additional utility we have copying their permanents or taking them outright.

Also included is Stasis with bouncing abilities for it and the Vesuvan Shapeshifter and Brine Elemental permalocks for an alternate win condition.
