Originally this deck was to have Progenitus as the commander but that didn't work out and Jodah became the go to. It can work without the commander with Fist of Suns, Mirari's wake etc but getting the commander out turn 5 is optimal. Very simply put, the strategy is get to a point where you have all 5 colors and cast big spells.
