Selesnya Tokens with Oakhame Ranger as the Commander. If you want an actual legendary creature, Shanna, Sisay's Legacy also fits the strategy pretty well.

Still new to PDH so will gladly take any help or suggestions with the 99.

For now, it’s mainly swarm the field with what I can for Ranger to pump the creatures. There are also a few bombs like Ulamog's Crusher, Krosan Tusker, and Lieutenants of the Guard (<- My Favorite One). You also have 2 ways to go infinite using Presence of Gond for however many elves you want to stop at.
